Garden Getaway is a fast and unpredictable racing game designed for children between four and seven years old. With clear rules, friendly artwork and short rounds, it works wonderfully as an introduction to family board gaming. The game includes two difficulty levels so families can adjust the experience to the age of the players.
The goal remains the same in both versions. The first animal to reach the garden fence wins the game. Each player chooses an animal at random and races along a track built from seven double sided cards. On your turn you roll two dice and select one action. This can be moving your animal forward or backward, moving another animal or choosing between two different options that may influence different parts of the track.
The easier mode focuses only on reaching the fence and is perfect for young beginners. The advanced mode introduces extra rules. Certain track cards must be flipped to reveal new effects that change how the animals move. These twists add more thinking and make every round different.
Garden Getaway supports the development of motor skills, early logic and basic decision making. It is a short, dynamic and visually intuitive game that keeps children engaged while still being fun for adults.
