Team Story is a delightful educational storytelling game where players work together to rebuild the pages of a magical book. The goal is to earn stars by creating a shared story and helping the Listener identify and arrange the correct cards in the proper sequence.
The game unfolds in two exciting phases. The first is Storytelling. One player becomes the Listener, unaware of which cards the storytellers are choosing. The first storyteller draws a card, begins with “Once upon a time…” and describes an element of the card within the story. Each following storyteller continues the same tale, adding their own card and expanding the narrative. The board gradually fills with secretly placed cards.
The second phase is Book Assembly. The Listener has 60 seconds to search through the face-down cards and locate the ones used in the story. They must place the cards onto the board in the exact order in which they appeared. Success relies on careful listening, memory and interpreting subtle clues woven into the storytellers’ narrative.
