Just like in the Mini version, each player controls five lanes that intersect with the opponent’s lanes at right angles. These intersections create frequent encounters and force players to think several moves ahead. The dots printed on each row indicate the movement value for the pieces. Once a piece reaches the far end of the board, it is turned around and returns with a different movement speed.
When pieces meet on the same line, the piece in advantage jumps forward to the next free space. The opponent’s piece returns to its starting row. This interaction is central to the game. It allows clever timing to break the opponent’s rhythm and create room for your own advancement.
